He handles IP lifecycle/portfolio management; FTO/risk assessments; IP due diligence; alliances/licensing/collaborations.
Shawn has litigated over 40 pharmaceutical patent cases and appeals, leading case strategy, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, and court hearings/trials.
He is currently counseling two large Indian clients as they enter the US pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets.
