Stanley is an experienced Mechatronics Engineer with hands-on experience in nutraceutical packaging.
He has worked extensively with bottling, labeling, capping, induction sealing, and overall packaging line performance.
He is comfortable troubleshooting both mechanical and control-related issues on high-speed lines.
Stanley has led Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
He is currently working on a new facility build-out and has supported several new equipment installs, working directly with OEMs to make sure equipment is set up and validated properly for GMP environments.
Stanley has also helped develop SOPs, optimize changeovers using SMED principles, and implement EOO tracking to better understand what is causing line losses.
In addition, he also has extensive experience in various other aspects of packaging, including:
Determining the ideal label sizes for bottles
Selecting bottle cap types and designs
Designing and evaluating display and shipper boxes for a range of products (capsules, stickpacks, pouches, chocolates, softgels)
Validating and troubleshooting stickpack and pouch filling processes
Designing and setting up flow wrappers
Setting up the display box forming and sealing operation
